An oil painting by Noel Daggett (1925-2005) American. Born in 1925, Phoenix, Arizona. The subject matter, a young boy fetching water from the well. Artist signed, lower right. The verso of the painting has a Gallery tag from a Nantucket, Massachusettes gallery "Lobster Pot Gallery." On the canvas, en verso, is written, by the artist, -From the Well- Daggett Jerusalem 1967-68. Painted during Daggett’s visit to Jurusalem.
