Percival Leonard Rosseau (1859-1937, North Carolina/Connecticut/France), Etching titled Bill’s Covey, 1984. Two English Setter’s.The one at the flank, on point, have spotted a covey of Quail. The piece is signed lower right, by the artist, in pencil.
