Description
Patented in 1859 and manufactured up to 1874, this C. Sharps “Pepperbox” pistol is a small, concealable pocket pistol that was famously carried throughout the wild West and often related to Wild West Cowboys, Gamblers, and Civil War soldiers. It features a sliding, stationary four-barrel assembly and a revolving firing pin. Custom walnut grips included.
Measurement: 4.5 x 3 IN
Condition report:
Good used condition. Slide barrel and rotating firing pin function properly. Mellow patina on brass frame. Obvious signs of use and wear, commensurate with age. This pistol has not been test fired. It is adviseable that a qualified gunsmith be consulted before attempting to fire this pistol.
