Description
William Savery Bucklin (1851-1928 New Jersey).
A large colorful oil on canvas, impasto painting, of a rural Vermont farm scene of two farmhands loading an Ox pulled hay wagon. This oil on canvas is signed lower right, W.S. Bucklin, and also titled lower right, -Vermont Hayfields-. Well executed painting having beautiful Fall colors. He studied at the Arts Student League in New York, and numerous Galleries display his works, including The Art Institute of Chicago.
